If you’d like to take a day trip, visit nearby Dixie County for a kid-friendly Florida trip! The Dixie Country Cultural Center is a must-visit. Formerly known as Old Town Elementary School, the cultural center is a two-story schoolhouse which was completed in 1910. It was later converted to a historical site, and now houses a local history museum and a library.

To get back outdoors, spend a fun-filled day in the Suwannee River kayaking, fishing, or hunting small game! For the older kids, maybe a bit of treasure hunting will grab their interest?

According to local legend, a mysterious sunken pirate ship was carrying gold and treasure when it sank on its way down the river during the 1700s. The theory is that it lies somewhere along the mouth of the Suwannee River but the exact location remains unknown. Sounds like the perfect family kayaking adventure!

To cap off your day, stop by the side of the road to enjoy one of our famously vibrant sunsets. Once night falls, head back to camp to enjoy our community fire pit, make s’mores, and tell ghost stories! Your kids will have an unforgettable experience.

Our visitors describe Jasmine Breeze as a hidden gem because of how peaceful and isolated it is. Jasmine Breeze gives the full camping experience, without being too far from any necessities. It’s a truly relaxing getaway for the whole family, but especially visitors 55 and older.

Our Rec Room is under construction but campers will soon be able to enjoy Ping Pong, Board Games and Foosball, as well as a reading area and a movie area. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the picnic tables and engage in a friendly atmosphere socializing with other campers from all walks of life.

what a reasonably priced rv park . the bathrooms and facilities are very clean. the area is so quiet . i havent slept that good in years . the other campers staying at the park were very welcoming . even more so welcoming was the host mr Ramos . he was very helpful. he is also knowledgeable on the surrounding areas . the park manager bill is also very respectful and went the extra mile to help us find a adapter to use the electric for our camper van . my wife and I will definitely be back. they also are pet friendly and have storage spots available5 STARS —- A+ experience

We choose this park because it’s name made it sound like “A breath of fresh air” …and it was. The park is near Swannee River. and the meadows. Our view from the RV was scenic. It was lined with beautiful tall pines. Most days we were blessed with sunshine, and blue skies. This was a serene, quiet park on most days. Every now and then we were blessed to be able to relive the joys of our childhood years by living vicariously through the sounds of young children playing in the distance. The cleanliness of the facility was fair. All in all it was a true down to earth camping experience. They have two restrooms with showers, 2washer and dryers, and an amenity center that can accommodate small meetings and gatherings.

Very nice little campground. April was so accommodating and helpful- she really made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make sure our kids had fun while we stayed there. Clean + friendly; large sites with plenty of space.

We have been here over 2 months and have enjoyed our stay. We love the feeling of ‘getting away from it all’ and being in the country. April, the new manager, has been very helpful to us.

I’ll start by saying this place has tons of potential. If I owned the place, the first thing I would do is fire the camp host. It appears the only thing she does all day is drink. The clubhouse and laundry room appear to have never been cleaned and the entire campground appears neglected and rundown. The bathrooms appeared to be clean but fortunately they have full-hookups which is the only reason I give it 1 star. Good luck to the owners. I hope they find a dependable camp host soon.

I am so happy that we found this place. The manager April has been great with us. We enjoy her company immensely. The Management is preparing and incredible Thanksgiving feast for all of the guests. We’ve only been here three days of my 7 day stay and I can’t wait till come back. The campfire at night, and the beautiful, starry nights are beyond imagination. We can see the Milky Way. The restrooms are immaculately clean, and I love the simplicity and organization of this place.

Site 18 accommodated our 38’ RV and Ram 3500. It is secluded camp side. It was quiet. The facilities need an upgrade, bathrooms, laundry, but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay for a couple nights it is very good! We will be returning at some point

The owners are making more and more improvements and it is a quiet and relaxing place to stay close to great fishing. Bath houses are awesome ! Definitely worth the stay

Very clean park with convenient location near multiple state parks. Bill and the rest of the office staff are very professional and helpful. I am a first time RV owner and fulltime as well. Community is very quiet and friendly, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This place was a great find! The office staff was great, they helped us get situated and took time to show us all around! Got to do some great fishing in the Suwannee River and visited Manatee Springs, both were super close by.. highly recommend, we plan to come back!

Stayed there to fish with family in Suwannee. We didn’t catch any fish but had a great time trying. The camper sight was really nice and we had plenty of parking space for the boat. We didn’t use any of the facilities but we were told by the host what all was available. We will be back.

Bill is awesome and helps out the people when they need help. He is always on call if something goes wrong and he talks to the campers to make sure everything is going good. Highly recommend..

We made our reservation on the spur of the moment. The park manager, Bill, was very helpful from the moment I needed help because I booked the wrong date for our stay to making sure that we were satisfied with our site. This is a nice little RV park. Always neat and clean as well. We would stay here again.

Really small and low-key. Bill is extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of and checks the park frequently. It’s somewhat remote so bring all your supplies with you! Suwanee is a couple of miles down the road for fishing and boating. Super peaceful.

This place was incredible. Close to a lot of outdoor activities too. Family loved it for a quick 3 day getaway. If you like fishing and hiking and prefer a well kept park with great amenities, this place is perfect. Will definitely visit again.

We took our family here a few weeks back and had a pleasant experience, all around very hospitable! Great fishing for the little ones, some fun hiking was also available. When it was all said and done, we left with the feeling of wanting to stay longer and dismiss going back to reality. Can’t wait to do it again soon!
