CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received 30 days in advance to be issued a full refund minus a $20 transaction fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of check in will result in NO REFUND. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Rentals of 30 days or more require 1st month + taxes/fees up front to reserve. Any reservation 30 days or more will require a 60-day termination notice to receive full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Due to high demand From November through March, no refunds will be issued for any cancellation.
Important Information
- All sites are 50 AMP Full Hook Up, Wi-Fi and use of amenities included
- Check Out – 11am Check In – 3pm (unless otherwise requested and agreed upon)
- All guests are expected to follow all park rules and be courteous and respectful to guests / staff
- No refunds for early departure
- Prices and site assignment subject to change (except for 3+ months with confirmed / guaranteed sites)
- 20% off to first responders, military (both active and retired), and health care workers (short term only, call to discuss long term discounts).
